MCAT (beta version) is now available on the eWater Toolkit.
MCAT (Multi-Criteria Analysis Tool) evaluates a set of decision options along a variety of criteria. It takes into account the costs associated with each decision option and uses optimisation techniques to derive an optimum portfolio of decision options for a given budget constraint.
